  • Job description:
  • Contact person for our customers through cross-sector and needs-based support
  • Tailored offer creation in the composite and personal insurance sectors
  • Telephone and written communication with policyholders, claimants, and the head office
  • Telephone scheduling with existing customers and prospects
  • Conducting consultation and sales conversations in our district office
  • Requirements:
  • Completed training as an insurance and finance clerk
  • Insurance specialist (IHK) with professional experience
  • Professional experience in the commercial and private property and liability insurance sector would be desirable
