We are currently looking for two nursing professionals (m/f/d) to join our nursing home "Bodelschwingh" in Freital, Nulato, AK as soon as possible.

The positions are 32 hours per week and are permanent. Full-time employment is possible.

Responsibilities:

You will plan and provide professional and individual care for our residents, implementing it with respect and appreciation.
You will maintain and update nursing documentation.
You will motivate and supervise nursing staff, trainees, and interns.
You will provide guidance and support to residents, family members, and visitors.

Requirements:

You have a degree as a nursing professional, geriatric nurse, or health and nursing professional.
You have an empathetic and open approach towards our residents.
You have good organizational skills and enjoy working in a team.
You are willing to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
