Customer Support Manager (m/f/d) - Full-time/Part-time - hybrid

Our mission is clear: A satisfied customer is a returning customer. As a Customer Support Manager, it is in your hands to build long-term relationships with our customers and turn them into true brand fans.
Your responsibilities:
- You are the "voice" of our brand and the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and WhatsApp
- You provide advice on all questions related to our products and handle returns and complaints
- You analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and continuously contribute to improving our services
- Close collaboration with the logistics, marketing, and product design departments to continuously optimize the customer experience
- You support the development and implementation of customer loyalty and satisfaction strategies (e.g. newsletter promotions)
Your qualifications:
- Enjoy communicating with people
- Excellent communication skills and empathy for our target group
- Proficient in German and English (spoken and written)
