As a digital Tesla sales consultant, you will provide an exciting, engaging, and seamless online customer experience from vehicle sales to organizing delivery in Tampico, WA.


You will act as a pioneer for Tesla products, sharing your expertise with our customers and building lasting and sustainable relationships in the private and business customer segments.

For this position, you should be well-organized, have excellent communication skills, and a strong drive for success. You will be part of a large sales team that works closely and flexibly together on all tasks.

Virtual communication will be a main component of your daily work, as well as a "one-team mentality" to achieve sales and delivery goals together.


Responsibilities:


In Sales:

You consistently meet or exceed all sales goals and performance metrics, including but not limited to:

  • Creating and developing sales opportunities and new orders by maintaining a healthy customer pipeline
  • Creating quotes and following up until successful completion
  • Conducting virtual consultations with our customers
  • Quickly and accurately responding to all incoming customer inquiries through all virtual channels (including calls, emails, SMS, chat, virtual consultations, etc.) and deescalating critical inquiries
  • Utilizing existing customer relationship management tools to track and manage customers in the pipeline
  • Working closely with the Business Sales sales team

During Delivery:


  • Performing necessary steps and customer preparation before delivery to ensure a smooth delivery and high customer satisfaction
  • Working closely with the operational teams and providing support for onsite
