Our client, a service-oriented logistics provider, offers order processing with a strong focus on mail order and e-commerce. We are looking for you (m/f/d) to handle customer inquiries and manage the verbal and written processing of requests.Your team will be responsible for:
- Order processing and tracking, including delivery date inquiries
- Handling complaints and clarifying invoices
- Verification of address and bank details
- Answering questions about the product range
- Providing assistance with using the online portal
- Back office tasks
Your responsibilities will include:
- Personnel planning and management
- Initiating suitable measures to achieve goals
- Success monitoring and meeting deadlines
- Acting as a liaison between sales and the internal team
We are looking for an ideal candidate (m/f/d) with:
- Experience in commercial areas
- First leadership experience in a call center
