  • Timely and high-quality execution of civil engineering works (excavation, earthworks, cable laying, house connections)
  • Planning and organization of individual work steps according to the instructions of the site manager
  • Supervision of assigned skilled workers and assistants and assignment of corresponding tasks
  • Responsibility for maintenance, care and maintenance of machinery
  • Monitoring of work execution and active participation in manual construction
  • Co-responsibility for the result of the work
  • Compliance with company regulations as well as environmental protection and labor regulations
  • Independent and technically competent coordination of one or more construction sites or sections as responsible foreman m|w
  • General construction preparation including logistics, material disposition as well as coordination and control of suppliers
  • Monitoring of the schedule during the entire construction process and timely action in case of emerging schedule deviations
  • Responsibility for quality and occupational safety on the construction site
