Itzehoe Hospital is a municipal modern hospital providing specialized care in the Hamburg metropolitan region (40 minutes by car). With approximately 700 beds, 17 clinics provide inpatient care to patients annually.

The Department of Neurology covers the entire spectrum of neurological diseases and treats almost 3,000 inpatients per year in 43 beds, including 8 beds in a certified stroke unit. The treatment of patients in stroke and Parkinson's complex treatment is carried out by a multidisciplinary team of doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, sports therapists, and music therapists.

Our Department of Neurology is currently seeking a Speech Therapist (m/f/d) to join our team in full-time or part-time.

What to expect:

Diagnosis and treatment of speech, language, and swallowing disorders

An interdisciplinary speech therapy team, which treats patients in particular on the intensive care unit, stroke unit, and in Parkinson's complex treatment

Performance of fiberendoscopic swallowing diagnostics (FEES) together with our doctors
