Your Role - What to Expect

You will handle the processing of telephone debt management in the inbound and outbound areas
You will communicate confidently on the phone with B2B customers
You will be responsible for creating payment plans
You will handle escalation customers within the collection phone calls
You will work closely with the finance department

Your Skills - What You Bring

You ideally have completed a commercial apprenticeship
You have gained initial professional experience in the area of customer care and support for existing customers
First experience in debt management is desirable but not a requirement
You communicate in a solutionoriented, binding, and
