Wind Energy Site Manager (m/f/d) Full-time Kassel, Germany Hybrid With professional experience We are looking for reinforcement in project development for our location in Kassel.

What are your tasks? Your area of responsibility is the acquisition of suitable sites for the planning, construction and commissioning of wind turbines in close cooperation with the responsible project manager.

The area of operation includes Hesse, southern Lower Saxony, Thuringia and adjacent regions such as North Rhine-Westphalia. Contact and negotiation with landowners, tenants and community representatives Conclusion of usage agreements and support of landowners after contract conclusion Presentation of the wind farm planning at landowner meetings and also at meetings on site with authorities, communities and municipalities Building a personal network with decision-makers in politics and administration Creating land lease models and maintaining lease tables Documentation of the results achieved What should you bring? Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification Ideally professional experience in this or a similar area - we are happy to promote career changers from the real estate, sales or similar backgrounds Confident and professional appearance
