We are currently seeking a dedicated
Human Resources Team Leader on behalf of our client.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Managing the HR department and fostering cooperative and trusting relationships with management and the executive team.
  • Independently leading internal and external HR projects, including developing training programs, employer branding, and digitalization.
  • Assisting management with disciplinary and labor law issues.
  • Supporting administrative tasks throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from hiring to exit.
  • Active sourcing and building a network of suitable candidates within the industry.
  • Creating and managing job postings on various online platforms.
  • Handling certification and company pension tasks.
  • Coordinating with external staffing agencies, IT partners, and data protection officers.
  • Covering for colleagues in payroll and recruiting during vacation periods.

What you bring to the table:

  • Completed degree in business administration or equivalent education.
  • Relevant professional experience in HR and team leadership.
  • Indepth knowledge of labor, tax, and social security law.
  • Holistic thinking and a collaborative work style.
  • Discretion, loyalty, and strong communication skills.
  • Strong social skills, teamwork, and customer service orientation.
