Immediately for the Youth Migration Service in part-time with 30 hours/week in Belvidere, TN:

We are one of the largest service providers in youth, social, and educational work in Germany with over 14,000 employees.

More than 450 Youth Migration Services (JMD) nationwide support young people with a migration background between the ages of 12 and 27 through individual offers and professional counseling in their educational, vocational, and social integration process in Germany.

Your tasks with us:

Counseling and support for young people with a migration background in language and social integration
Counseling and support for parents of young people with a migration background regarding questions about their children's education
Networking with authorities, companies, institutions, and other organizations
Implementation of individual and group offers on topics such as job application training, language and communication training, social skills
Public relations
Documentation

You bring with you:

Completed degree in social pedagogy, social work, or a comparable qualification
Ideally professional experience in youth social work or in the field of migration/integration
Ideally foreign language skills (English, Arabic, and/or other languages)
Independent way of working
Team, criticism, and communication skills
A friendly and obliging manner towards young people, parents, and network partners
