TEAM LEADER METALLURGY/HEAT TREATMENT F/M/D
IN LECHBRUCK AM SEE, GERMANY
INTERESTING TASKS
Leading, coordinating, and developing shift leaders and employees
Coordinating and communicating between support areas and other production and service departments
Optimizing and further developing manufacturing processes, in terms of metallurgy and automation
Leading and participating in development/OE projects and equipment investments
Responsibility for quality, cost, and ontime delivery in the assigned area

WHAT YOU BRING

Completed master's degree in metallurgy, materials science, or process engineering, preferably with a doctorate
Professional experience in powder metallurgy desired
Handson mentality
Strong entrepreneurial thinking and acting
First leadership experience preferred
