Your tasks

  • You ensure that our customers' IT runs smoothly by providing advice on hardware and software issues.
  • You also assemble entire systems and networks and install, configure, and maintain them.
  • You independently or in a team with our consultants implement the operational project requirements of our customers.
  • You also support in the migration and provision of services in the cloud and in the development of complex hybrid/cloud concepts.
  • In addition, you work on the elaboration of HW/SW and cloud offers, as well as the further development of the internal cloud infrastructure.
  • You enjoy sharing your knowledge and advising/presenting customer-specific system solutions.
  • You also troubleshoot issues using remote and diagnostic tools and take on partial project management during implementations.

Your profile

  • You have completed training or a degree with a focus on IT or a comparable qualification.
  • You have excellent Microsoft skills, such as Microsoft 365 or Azure.
  • Ideally, you have experience in Sharepoint Online or Teams, or general experience in Windows services (DNS, DHCP, File, Print, WSUS, Microsoft PKI, etc.).
  • Knowledge of migration and troubleshooting of complex infrastructures is advantageous.
  • Your team spirit is characterized by independent and responsible work.
