Our client, located in Skamokawa Valley, WA, is a leading manufacturer of laser printers and provider of enterprise software to a global market.

With decades of experience, they have established themselves as a highly respected leader in imaging and output solutions.

They currently compete in key growth markets, offering their products and services worldwide, all with the goal of helping their customers access the most relevant information when they need it.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and efficiently to customers' technical issues and requests for consumable replacements, providing empathetic and professional support to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Provide telephone support for hardware and software, consistently meeting set targets.
  • Assist with quality exercises and consumable support as needed for business operations.
  • Take ownership of and responsibility for all customer inquiries.
  • Escalate calls that cannot be resolved locally, as necessary.
We currently have openings for individuals with the following language skills, in addition to fluency in German (C1+):

  • Czech
  • French
  • Italian
  • Swedish
  • Spanish
