Office Manager / Assistant (Remote) starting from approximately September 1st, possibly earlier

We are a dynamic and innovative company in the digital industry, known for our commitment to sustainability. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated and tech-savvy individual for the position of Office Manager / Assistant in full-time. This position is fully remote.

Responsibilities:

  • Organizing and coordinating internal processes and administrative tasks.
  • Supporting the team in planning and executing projects.
  • Communicating with stakeholders and on social media (primarily LinkedIn).
  • Managing schedules, coordinating meetings and video conferences.
  • Creating and editing documents and presentations.
  • Communicating with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar position, preferably in a digital work environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Teams/Office, Google, Slack, Zoom, and Hubspot.
  • Strong organizational skills and a high level of independence.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Affinity for sustainability, social entrepreneurship, and social innovations is a plus.
