Employee (f/m/d) for Videos in Teaching and Educational Technologies to fill a position. The position is initially limited to cover parental leave until October 31, 2023.


The Hochschuldidaktische Arbeitsstelle at the Technical University of Darmstadt is a central institution that focuses on digital teaching and learning, further education and consulting in higher education, imparting key competencies, and conducting central surveys of students and alumni.

The HDA develops offers and provides advice on topics such as diversity and inclusion, as well as mental strength and well-being in studies and teaching.

The position is located in the E-Learning department of the HDA.


Your Responsibilities:

  • You will coordinate the implementation of the central recording service for lectures in audio/video format at the Technical University of Darmstadt. This includes supervising and organizing student assistants, central support, and preparing job postings and public relations.
  • You will actively advise and support lecturers, employees, and students of the Technical University of Darmstadt in the areas of "AV technology in lecture rooms," "technical implementation of video projects and hybrid lectures," and "video content management systems."
  • You will independently conduct training sessions for lecturers and employees in the area of "AV technology in the teaching context."
