Your tasks:

Monitoring and coordinating construction sites
Personnel management, coordination, and scheduling
Ongoing comparison of planned and actual progress of construction
Quality control on construction sites
Technical support for projects
Creating measurements
Order management

You have good chances if:

You have successfully completed training in the SHK trade (ideally as a master, etc.)
Professional experience in the field of building technology, ideally in construction management
You enjoy learning and are interested in innovative techniques in building technology
You work independently, reliably, and responsibly
Teamwork and a confident demeanor
Communication skills and organizational talent
Computer skills in MS Office and ideally in Labelwin
You have a BE/3 driver's license
