Educational Specialist for Katharina Kindergarten

Our Katharina Kindergarten is a 2-group facility that offers services for children aged 3-6 years. The facility provides extended opening hours for childcare. Our educational work is based on a partially open concept and follows the principles of the Baden-Württemberg orientation plan for education and upbringing.

Your responsibilities

  • Providing educational care, support, and guidance for children
  • Conducting educational activities
  • Observing and documenting the educational and developmental processes of children
  • Conducting parent meetings and fostering a partnership with parents
  • Participating in team meetings
  • Contributing to conceptual planning
  • Participating in the development and implementation of the overall organizational and educational concept
