Your tasks
Planning of drainage construction measures (sewer construction, (special) civil engineering) according to HOAI service phases 1 to 7:
- Independent object planning of measures of varying complexity in the field of sewer construction (special) civil engineering
- Supervision of all external ancillary services required for the complete completion of the tender documents
- Organization and participation in meetings with authorities, public authorities, citizens, etc.
- Independent time and cost control of projects
- Assuming project coordination for joint projects of sewer, gas and water
Your qualifications
Professional qualification
- At least completed training as a technician or university degree in civil engineering/environmental engineering (Dipl.-Ing., Master or Bachelor) or with comparable training content
- Experience in sewer planning, tender preparation and calculation
- Comprehensive knowledge of relevant legal and operational regulations (e.g. DIN standards, DWA regulations, HOAI, VOB)
- PC/DV skills (MS Office, geoinformation and planning systems (GIS), AVA software, CAD, SAP)
- Driver's license class B
