    About the Role - Vision Territory Manager (VTM)

    • Meet/exceed the designated territory's sales quota and key performance metrics established by sales leadership
    • Conduct productive sales calls to Eye Care Practitioners (ECPs) in the territory, utilizing marketing materials and programs to boost the share of Bausch + Lomb contact lens prescriptions and lens care recommendations
    • Create account business plans for high-volume customers, fostering sustainable growth with an eye on investment and financial impact for both the customer and Bausch + Lomb
    • Implement an efficient call cycle plan and formulate a strategic territory business plan to attract new customers and drive growth with existing ones
    • Showcase expertise and clinical knowledge of all Bausch + Lomb Vision Care products and competitor offerings
    • Utilize CRM systems to maintain accurate customer information and track account progress effectively
    • Collaborate with industry distributor partners to meet customer requirements and align business strategies
    • Participate in National and Regional sales meetings and trade shows as necessary
    • Organize educational meetings for ECPs in key markets
    • Ensure timely submission of all administrative reports (call logs, expense reports, etc.)
    • Adhere to AdvaMed Guidelines

    Desired Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. A mix of professional certification combined with extensive ophthalmic experience may be considered in place of a degree
    • 3-5 years of successful B2B sales experience or relevant sales background required (preferred experience in the eye health industry), with a proven track record of goal attainment and recognition
    • Self-motivated individual capable of working autonomously with a positive and proactive approach
    • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively
    • Ability to foresee, comprehend, prioritize, and fulfill customer needs
    • Demonstrated strong interpersonal, teamwork, and workload planning capabilities
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills
    • High proficiency in financial analysis and assimilation of complex data
    • Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office suite and standard digital tools
    • Physically capable of performing all job duties, including driving in a large territory, lifting sample boxes, and traveling by plane and car within the US
    • Possession of a valid driver's license in the state of the territory and a clean driving record
