What is your job
- You are responsible for acquiring new key clients as well as managing and expanding existing customer relationships.
- You analyze the needs and requirements of your clients and provide suitable freelancers to help them achieve their goals.
- You build long-term relationships with key contacts on the client side and maintain them continuously.
- You work closely with internal teams such as recruiting and project management to ensure that the needs of the clients are met and to identify additional business opportunities.
- You are responsible for budget planning and revenue forecasts for your clients and work towards achieving and exceeding these goals.
