Overview of the training

If you have basic knowledge of chemistry, good manual dexterity, and technical understanding, then an apprenticeship as a chemical production specialist may be of interest to you.

As a chemical production specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring and operating production facilities in a continuous shift system.

You will independently check, maintain, and clean the facilities and coordinate process, operational, and work processes. You will also promote safety and health at work and ensure compliance with environmental protection guidelines.
Through independent work, you will ensure the safety of the facilities and be responsible for quality assurance during the production and processing of products.Requirements

Secondary school diploma or good secondary school leaving certificate
Good knowledge of chemistry, physics, and mathematics
Motivation/performance and willingness to learn
Reliability
Teamwork

Training location & vocational school

In the first year of training, the basic knowledge according to the curriculum will be taught at a central training facility in Berlin-Adlershof. The vocational school lessons will take place alongside work. After the basic training, practical training will take place in our company and theoretical training will be in block lessons.
