In this position, you will be responsible for the SE service department and coordinating the correct and timely workflow according to internal guidelines. You will also be in contact with our customers and partners. Your tasks will include:

Planning and controlling the groupage inbound department
Managing the commercial team
Reporting to the department management
Ticket processing
Preparation of unloading reports
Clarification of service requests
Processing of complaints
Return management

Your profile:

Successfully completed training as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable commercial training
