To support our sales team, we are looking for a student (m/f/d) in the field of telesales to schedule appointments.


Responsibilities:

  • Acquiring new customers in the fields of physiotherapy, fitness studios, and personal training
  • Providing initial telephone consultations to potential customers
  • Scheduling appointments for the sales team
  • Recording and maintaining data in our CRM system

Qualifications:

  • Strong team player with reliability and resilience
  • Good communication skills in both written and spoken German
  • A certain enthusiasm for the health and fitness industry would be advantageous
  • Enjoyment of telephone customer service
  • Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
