• You turn the technological potential of green hydrogen and sustainable fuels into a commercial reality in an exciting future market
• You lead industrialization projects in the field of our electrolysis stacks from initiation to SOP/PPAP and coordinate logistics, layout, quality, IT, and production setup (>100 million €, >40 people)
• Your responsibilities include the overall project plan, timely implementation, budget and resource planning, and tracking of product cost forecasts
• You lead multiple interdisciplinary project teams, utilizing both agile and traditional project management methods
• Together with your project members, you continuously improve workflow and introduce projectspecific processes
• You set the standards for project management that go beyond your own project
• You report directly to the COO, the steering committee, and the stakeholders of the respective project

• You have a degree in engineering or industrial engineering with a strong interest in innovative technologies
• You have at least 5 years of relevant experience in leading industrialization projects for highvolume products
• You have indepth knowledge of production planning, value stream planning, machine supplier management, specifications, design approvals, machine acceptance, capability studies, and PPAP
• You have good knowledge of traditional project management methods and tools, and ideally, you also have knowledge of agile methods
• Further training and certifications in PMI, IPMA, or similar are advantageous
• You are proficient in using common problemsolving methods (8D, Ishikawa, 5x
