We are looking for customer advisors (m/f/d) for the DSL support hotline (inbound) in full-time and part-time in Gainesville, GA.

Our client is a service center with numerous awards - high customer satisfaction is their top priority.


Your responsibilities:


  • Telephone and written customer support in the area of mobile communications / DSL
  • Recording and followup of customer inquiries and complaints
  • Input and updating of customer master data
  • Support for private and business customers
  • Information about products and contract details
  • Processing of invoice inquiries, payment terms and installment payments
  • Recording of fault reports
  • Scheduling technician appointments

Your profile:


  • Commercial understanding and goaloriented work approach
  • Confident and friendly demeanor in customer contact
  • Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
  • High service orientation and consulting skills
  • Strong spelling and grammar knowledge
  • General computer skills
  • Structured and goaloriented work approach
  • Enjoyment of working with people and solving problems
  • High willingness to learn and good comprehension skills
  • Time flexibility from Monday to Sunday, 7am11pm
