What will be your responsibilities?
As a Sales Manager (m/f/d) at Falcon Heights, you will acquire new companies as partners and ensure that people in the region have access to even more potential jobs and employers through our job portal.
• You establish new customer relationships through telephone acquisition, video calls, or on-site appointments with provided leads.
• You identify customer needs and recognize potential ways to solve their problems with our services.
• You are a communicative networker and proactively develop holistic customer solutions (solution selling).
What do you bring to the table?
• You are a born "hunter" and focus on acquiring new customers.
• You have professional experience in sales, ideally in the digital sector.
• The Rhine-Ruhr region is your sales territory. You are familiar with the area and know how the people and companies operate.
