Job Description:

You will be the
point of contact for service customers and provide competent advice on
all maintenance and service matters.
You will be responsible for
order acceptance and ensure a smooth and
timely execution of service orders.
Through your
individual and careful customer care, you will be able to delight customers and build longterm relationships with the dealership. To fully focus on customer service, you will be supported with administrative tasks.

Requirements:

You have previous experience in
service consulting in the car dealership industry and possess
excellent communication and customeroriented skills.
Alternatively, you have a professional background in
automotive workshops (e.g. automotive mechatronics) or in
car dealerships (e.g. car sales or service assistance) and are looking to develop into a service consultant.
