The Märkischer Kreis district association is one of the largest DRK district associations in North Rhine-Westphalia.

The DRK is active in various areas there, including elderly and disabled care, daycare centers, training and education, and much more.

In total, we oversee 14 local branches and over 3000 volunteer members. Many of them are involved in our communities and in the youth Red Cross on a voluntary basis. In addition, around 10,000 members in the MK support us with membership fees.

To expand our home emergency call department in Iserlohn, we are looking for several employees (m/f/d) for our home emergency call service starting on August 1, 2023.

Location:
Iserlohn

Scope:
Part-time (520€ basis)

Your tasks:

Transporting the key to the place of use, assessing the situation and consulting with the home emergency call center
Providing initial medical care to home emergency call participants
Documenting the course of the mission and the assistance provided
If necessary, organizing further care for home emergency call participants (e.g. requesting emergency services or medical transport)
Carrying out installations and simple repairs to the HNR devices according to our regulations
Checking and cleaning or disinfecting the vehicle and carried equipment (operational safety, cleanliness)
