We are looking for a full-time skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to provide financial, administrative and clerical services.

This position is responsible for processing vendor invoices in a timely and efficient manner, resolving accounts payable (AP) related problems, processing payment runs, and all other aspects of the AP process.

This position also backs-up other office personnel and is a member of the Operator Workgroup for incoming phone calls as needed.

Primary Responsibilities

• Process and code vendor invoices and credits
• Investigate and resolve issues with vendor invoices
• Process paper check and electronic payment runs as needed
• Answer incoming phone calls as part of Operator Workgroup
• Backup other general office tasks

Skills & Abilities

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent problemsolving skills, including ability to understand complex processes and implement solutions
• Excellent computer skills, including quick and accurate typing and 10key skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
• Proficient in the Computers Unlimited TIMS system preferred, but not required
• General understanding of basic accounting principles
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Good phone skills
• Ability to work well within teams and communicate well with coworkers and management
• High School or better diploma required.

This position includes a very competitive compensation package that includes a competitive hourly rate and participation in our quarterly bonus program.

Typical hours for this position are on site Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.


Pay:
$52, $60,000.00 per year
