Munich, we are looking for a
Team Assistant (m/f/d) Marketing to start as soon as possible.


What tasks can you expect?

  • Managing the calendar and coordinating appointments
  • Planning trips as well as work meetings, workshops, and visits from colleagues/clients
  • Travel expense accounting
  • General administrative tasks
  • Placing orders through internal ordering processes
  • Taking on the organizational project coordination for external projects (time tracking, reporting, etc.)

What do we expect from you?

  • Completed vocational training in a relevant field
  • Solid professional experience in the abovementioned area
  • Very good MS Office and SAP knowledge
  • Very good Outlook knowledge is essential
  • Knowledge of two foreign languages is desirable
  • Independent way of working
  • Reliability and thoroughness
  • Flexibility
