We are seeking a positive and professional Leasing Consultant for our community.

Previous leasing experience desired. Your day-to-day activities include consulting with prospects, showing apartments, preparing lease packages or renewals, and marketing.

Previous experience working in property management or marketing
Valid Driver's License
Outstanding customer service skills both on the phone and inperson
A team player attitude with a "get things done" mentality
Experience in Onesite and / or Knock
A professional appearance (dress to impress)

Weekend Work Required. Ongoing Training & Development.
