For our client, an international law firm, we are currently seeking a fully qualified lawyer (m/f/d) in the field of commercial litigation for a permanent position.


Commercial Litigation | Fully Qualified Lawyer: in | Frankfurt | Perm. | 100% | € 145,000


Responsibilities:

  • Advising and representing clients in all areas of commercial law, including international matters
  • Assisting the team in drafting and reviewing pleadings in complex legal disputes, particularly in the areas of banking, real estate, and private equity
  • Managing the entire litigation process, from filing a claim to resolution
  • Analyzing facts with liability implications and defending against liability and director liability claims

Qualifications:

  • Fully qualified lawyer (m/f/d) with outstanding exam results
  • Previous experience in litigation at a commercial law firm is advantageous
  • Fluent in German and good knowledge of English
