Yes, you can As a Transport Assistant at our location in Wesel, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and drivers for any questions regarding package shipping and general service inquiries - either in person or over the phone.


What can you expect?:


  • You will receive calls and process email inquiries from our customers and take care of their concerns, such as tracking shipments with package numbers or handling and processing complaints.
  • You will create evaluations of the delivery time and success rates of our package shipments from the previous day to improve our quality goals.
  • You will also be the internal contact person for questions regarding package delivery, such as address clarifications or cash booking of packages on account.
  • You will communicate with our transport companies to quickly and easily organize special pickups and courier trips and clarify inquiries.

What do you bring?:


  • A successfully completed commercial apprenticeship and previous experience in customer service, such as a call center agent, will make it easier for you to start, but it is not a must
    motivated career changers are welcome
  • You have a confident and friendly demeanor, are a team player with a lot of initiative and independence, and have a good sense for people.
  • You have a quick grasp, organizational talent, and a healthy dose
