Responsibilities

  • Responsible for maintaining and monitoring quality action plans and implementing quality measures and projects
  • Monitoring compliance with set quality goals and initiating corrective measures if necessary
  • Planning and conducting employee training on the QM system
  • Supporting purchasing in the qualification and monitoring of suppliers
  • Participating in the evaluation of test results and customer surveys
  • Creating, managing, and reviewing documents for the entire organization
  • Advising management on all quality management matters
  • Supporting and collaborating with energy and environmental management officers within the integrated management system (ISO 14001, ISO 50001)
