Description
This is a two-story house, about 100m2 per floor, located in Beatrice, NE. The ground floor is an open parking space and a versatile storage area, both currently empty and in need of sweeping and mopping. The first floor, which is the main living area, consists of two double bedrooms (one very large with two balcony exits and one small), a full bathroom with shower and bathtub, a large dining room, a kitchen with an annex of about 10m2 with a toilet, and a patio of about 15m2. The dining room, kitchen, and annex all have access to the patio. The windows of the balcony and kitchen will need to be cleaned, but the others will not as they will be replaced. The microwave, oven, and refrigerator will also need to be cleaned. The furniture should be dusted inside and out, and wood cleaner should be used. A degreaser should be used on the kitchen furniture. The floors are parquet, except for in the bathroom, kitchen, and annex. On the ground floor, there is also a small cellar made of stone, which will only need to be cleared of cobwebs, surface dust, and swept. The house is not particularly dirty, but it has not been thoroughly cleaned in several months (only the floors have been cleaned occasionally) and needs a deep cleaning.
