The purpose of the Caregiver position is to provide a broad range of support services to our Assisted Living residents.

Previous experience as a Caregiver or in a similar role is NOT required
:

Hiring Full-Time, Part-Time, & PRN shifts.

We pay for your training to become a Certified Caregiver in the state of Arizona:

Responsibilities:

Document care provided and report any changes in resident's condition.
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
Perform welfare checks on residents.
Document and report care provided and resident observations.
Provide physical assistance, laundry & bedding assistance, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families, and coworkers.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Must pass a preemployment drug test and background check.
Coachable and the willingness and ability to learn.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to handle challenging behaviors with patience and empathy.
Ability to provide compassionate patient care.

Certificates required or must obtain once hired:

Current CPR and First Aid certification. If you are not certified, we will cover the training cost.
Current Negative TB test. If needed, we can provide test at no cost to you.

Available schedules:

Full time: 9am7pm & 12pm10pm
Part time: 8pm6:30am
PRN positions are available

Bonus:

$500 Sign-On Bonus offered to Full-Time positions.
