Our senior living community offers 55 residential care places in a beautiful country house style. We strive to live out the future of nursing through innovation, sustainability, and a close-knit community.

Become a part of our Landhaus family as the facility manager for our new location in Schkölen and help us shape the future of nursing together.

Your responsibilities will include:
shaping the future of nursing through modern, service-oriented care and living concepts; recruiting, promoting, inspiring, and motivating your team; ensuring professional and loving care for our residents; managing finances, optimizing processes, and coordinating interfaces within the facility; maintaining empathetic relationships and providing guidance to residents and their families; representing the facility and maintaining close communication with authorities, associations, and local institutions

Your profile should include:
empathy, warmth, and a service-oriented mindset; entrepreneurial thinking and acting; strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and organizational talent; experience in leadership and motivating others; education or degree in healthcare, social work, nursing management, or business administration
