YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Processing of purchase orders, determining needs and disposition
  • Creation and evaluation of inquiries
  • Supplier research and negotiation of terms and contracts
  • Reliable management and monitoring of deadlines
  • Maintenance of supplier and product master data

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Successfully completed commercial training, e.g. as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), office clerk (m/f/d), wholesale and foreign trade merchant or a business administration degree with a focus on purchasing
  • First experience in purchasing, e.g. as a purchaser (m/f/d) or as a clerk (m/f/d) in purchasing
  • Good English skills, both written and spoken
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Resilience and ability to work independently and find solutions
