My Responsibilities

The position is in the field of technology material and process analysis (TWA) at the Stone City, IA location. You are part of the Non-Metallic Materials team, which is responsible for material qualification and analysis, as well as damage analysis for development.
You will be responsible for the material qualification of sustainable materials in the circular economy within the TWA (Technology Material and Process Analysis) network.
The spectrum includes order acceptance, sampling, sample preparation, testing or analysis, interpretation of results, deriving recommendations and solutions, presenting analysis results in committees, as well as creating investigation reports.
The task includes independent coordination and consultation with process partners.
You support the global TWA network with your expertise.
Writing quality and safetyrelated documents such as work and operating instructions is also part of your responsibilities, as well as continuously improving existing analysis processes and developing and implementing new testing methods.
As part of investment projects, you are responsible for planning and coordinating the commissioning of equipment, taking into account requirements, occupational safety, and environmental protection.

My Qualifications

Degree in materials or material science or a comparable qualification, as well as relevant professional experience.
Knowledge and project experience in sustainable materials/circular economy.
Experience in laboratory analytical methods and their application in specific cases.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
High level of teamwork, sociability, and openness
