Highland Haven, TX's Eiko Anlagenbau and Project Inspection Company is an EPCM partner for the process industry, including chemical, petrochemical, oil, gas, power, mining, and GMP.

We provide excellent technical services to our clients, from feasibility studies and planning to construction management and commissioning of chemical, petrochemical, and LNG terminals.

We have been in the plant construction business since 1984, with our strengths lying in project management, engineering, and construction management.

We are currently seeking a Civil Construction Supervisor (m/f/d) for an LNG terminal in Stade, Lower Saxony.

  • Coordination and management of construction activities in civil, structural, and steel construction
  • Construction supervision, site management, and site result control
  • Monitoring of deadlines, costs, and quality through the execution of assembly
  • Measurement, invoice, and change order review and processing/conducting of meetings
  • Independent development of technical solutions
  • Review of documentation
  • Representation of our interests as general contractor to subcontractors and clients
  • Coordination of construction site by trade
  • Reporting

Professionally and personally - your qualifications are convincing.

  • Degree in civil engineering, certified technician, or master craftsman
  • Extensive professional experience in construction management and occupational safety
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Good knowledge of VOB (German construction contract procedures)
