The position is available at our locations in Berlin, Leipzig, Cologne, Frankfurt, Stuttgart, or Munich


Your responsibilities:
Data and AI are your home? Your new challenge looks like this:

  • Leadership and management of your assigned accounts, projects, as well as disciplinary and professional leadership of approximately 5 to 7 assigned employees and 2 to 3 external consultants
  • Technical support for sales in proposal creation and business development for accounts
  • Ensuring the success of your assigned customer projects (time, quality, budget) through steering and coaching of project managers or your own project management, as well as stakeholder and escalation management
  • Ensuring the achievement of your team's goals, monitoring relevant KPIs
  • Close collaboration with your TribeLead (supervisor) and participation in the Data Factory Practice
  • Development of AI/ML architectures, solutions, and roadmaps for our clients, together with our experts and delivery team members

Your profile:
Data is also in your DNA? You should bring the following:

  • Successfully completed studies in computer science, data science, or a comparable qualification
  • At least three years of professional experience as a software engineer, software developer, data engineer, or similar preferably in the consulting sector
  • Additional at least three years of professional experience as a team leader/project manager
  • Good knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala
  • Good knowledge in the area of cloud technologies such as Azure or AWS
