Responsibilities:

Independent bookkeeping, including account reconciliation and payment processing
Management of document processes using a document management system
Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB and internal account reconciliations
Assessment of valueadded tax for supply chains and independent preparation of VAT advance returns and annual declarations in Germany
Collaboration with tax consultants for the preparation of tax returns in different countries
Preparation of transfer pricing documentation
Implementation and development of J-Sox reporting
Support in optimizing and digitizing accounting processes and SAP projects
Participation in the conversion of the ERP system to SAP Hana
Point of contact for internal departments, tax consultants, auditors, and authorities.

Qualifications:

You have completed training as a certified balance accountant and have three years of professional experience in balance accounting at international companies.
