Your tasks

You support your branch manager in all matters concerning the professional leadership, organization and motivation of your branch team of 2040 employees
You not only optimize processes behind the scenes, but also work handson "on the floor"
You take care of scheduling and inventories and represent the branch manager in their absence
Together with your team, you ensure the implementation of our branch concepts, maintain a wellkept branch and provide a successful shopping experience for our customers

Your profile

Professional experience in retail or a comparable industry with first leadership experience in a similarly responsible position
Team player with a high sense of responsibility and the ability to inspire and motivate employees
Strong decisionmaking skills and results orientation
Willingness to work flexible shift models

We offer

Aboveaverage salary of 3,240 4,009 €/month (fulltime) as well as vacation and Christmas bonuses
Permanent employment contract and 6 weeks of vacation per year
