I would like a global budget for the renovation.
The main focus is on painting and knowing how to smooth walls.
The floors are parquet and I would like to change them to porcelain.
The windows are aluminum and I would like to have thermal bridge windows, there are 3 standard-sized windows.
There are also two bathrooms, one with a whirlpool bathtub that I would like to replace with a shower tray.
