Customer Relationship Management:
In this position, we rely on your in-depth insights into the digital processes in customer relationship management

Requirements Management:
As a consultant for the departments, you analyze and define the functional requirements for processes and applications in customer management and create product visions/solution concepts - as a basis for technical implementation by developers and external software partners

Project Management:
Afterwards, you will be responsible for the technical implementation of the solution in collaboration with product owners, software providers, and other process stakeholders until successful deployment or directly implement the requirement through low code

Administration & Support:
