Responsibilities:


  • Planning and independent construction management of construction projects in urban traffic infrastructure, taking into account technical and economic objectives
  • Monitoring construction progress and conducting site result control
  • Creating work calculations for the construction project
  • Costeffective and timely procurement of necessary equipment, machinery, and materials in accordance with corporate guidelines
  • Coordination of the use of specialist engineers, consultants, personnel, and subcontractors
  • Calculation of additional offers
  • Participating or, after consultation with the group management, independently conducting negotiations for additional work
  • Preparation of measurements and invoicing
  • Regular information and coordination with the group or department management on all significant technical and personnelrelated tasks or issues

Qualifications:


  • Completed degree in civil engineering (FH/TU) or a comparable education
  • Several years of professional experience as a construction manager preferred
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Knowledge of an invoicing/calculation program (ideally ARRIBA, iTWO) is an advantage
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, as well as a selfmotivated, committed, and responsible work style
  • Enthusiasm for construction execution
  • Assertiveness and openness in communication and dealing with customers
