Your challenge
ADM is present in many locations in Germany as a processor and warehouse holder of agricultural products. We are looking for reinforcement for our team as soon as possible.

Take this opportunity to start your career at ADM as a Sales Representative for Oilseeds and Grains for the region of Schleswig Holstein / West Mecklenburg Vorpommern / Niedersachsen.

Your responsibilities

Responsibility for implementing price and strategy initiatives
Building and actively maintaining contacts with producers (farmers)
Developing offers, negotiating and concluding grain and oilseed purchase contracts with farmers
Monitoring, coordinating and optimizing logistics
Internal information on the agricultural situation in the region
Active participation in the RegenAG department

Your profile

Ideally, you already have experience as a Sales Representative in the agricultural sector (older employees are also welcome).
Alternatively, you come from the agricultural sector with a good commercial background.
Or you have a commercial education combined with agricultural knowledge and relevant work experience.
Confident, friendly, determined and open demeanor

Active and communicative behavior towards external customers, suppliers and internally
Absolute commitment, reliability, flexibility
