Landscaping Lead

About the Job Title:
The Landscaping Lead position is responsible for overseeing all maintenance and landscaping tasks for EMR properties in Camden, NJ, USA. This role involves maintaining grounds equipment and vehicles, assisting with building repairs, and providing staff training.

- Maintain and improve EMR's physical properties.

- Assist in repairing and maintaining EMR locations.
- Supervise grounds equipment and maintenance vehicles.
- Provide training and scheduling for staff members.
- Conduct safety meetings and communicate issues to the Building Manager.
- Enforce company policies and procedures.

Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
- Proficiency in using maintenance and landscaping tools.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.

Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of landscaping and maintenance experience.
- Previous management experience is essential.

Additional Details:
- Work may involve locations in Camden, NJ, Philadelphia, PA, and Delaware.
- Flexible working hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Physical requirements: standing for long periods, lifting light weights, exposure to various weather conditions.
