Our client, a building management company located in Munich, is currently seeking an
Administrative Assistant for Operating Cost Accounting (m/f/d) to join their team.

Your responsibilities:

  • Processing of all incoming invoices related to operating and heating costs
  • Preparation of operating and heating cost statements
  • Handling of objections to the prepared operating and heating cost statements
  • Utilization of internet portals of various contractual partners
  • Correspondence with tenants and their representatives

Your profile:

  • Previous experience in accounting and commercial knowledge
  • Familiarity with relevant legal regulations for operating costs
  • Proficiency in SAP R/3 and MS Office
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • Teamwork and reliability
