Our client, a building management company located in Munich, is currently seeking an
Administrative Assistant for Operating Cost Accounting (m/f/d) to join their team.

Your responsibilities:
- Processing of all incoming invoices related to operating and heating costs
- Preparation of operating and heating cost statements
- Handling of objections to the prepared operating and heating cost statements
- Utilization of internet portals of various contractual partners
- Correspondence with tenants and their representatives
Your profile:
- Previous experience in accounting and commercial knowledge
- Familiarity with relevant legal regulations for operating costs
- Proficiency in SAP R/3 and MS Office
- Independent and structured way of working
- Teamwork and reliability
